Nigerian Foundries Limited (NFL) is the leading ferrous foundry group in sub-sahara (excluding South Africa) with a total installed capacity of 8,500 metric tons per year. It has two plants, one in Ilupeju Lagos State and one at Sango-Otta, Ogun State. NFL started as a small grey iron foundry at Ilupeju in 1969 by the Barberopoulos brothers making municipal castings and water pipeline fittings.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Management Trainee

Location: Ogun

Requirements
  • Two Year Program for fresh university graduates in either Foundry Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Material and Metallurgical Engineering e.t.c.
  • Applicants must know 2D and AutoCAD.
  • Must be a computer litrate
  • Must have passion for Foundry Engineering.

Buhari’s Son Remain In Coma As Doctors Discover Additional InjuriesYusuf Buhari, the son of Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari who was hospitalized in Abuja after a ghastly motorbike crash has not regained his ability to speak but doctors handling his treatment said he is gradually showing sign of recovery. Yesterday, the younger Buhari who sustained a head injury and a broken limb indicated to doctors repeatedly about his hand. A check on the hand showed it was fractured, leading doctors to embark on immediate treatment. A presidency source told Saharareporters that since Yusuf was admitted to Cedarcrest Hospital in Abuja he has not regained his speech due to traumatic brain injury. Yusuf was drag racing with a friend, Bashir Gwandu when they both crashed in Gwanripa neighborhood in Nigeria’s federal capital, Abuja. A 24 year old Nemitari Miebaka Ajienka was born on the 16th of December 1992 to Mr and Mrs Ajienka. He speaks English, French, German and belongs to the British Computing Society. A Clinical Microbiologist, Dr Tony Mbume, has advised women to stop wearing tight jeans, synthetic panties and leggings, to prevent vaginal infections. According to him, most Nigerian females wear these synthetic pants, leggings and tight jeans in the name of fashion, without considering the health implications. Mbume, who works with CIAGIN Medical Laboratory, Oke-Afa, Isolo, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos that synthetic wears caused the vagina to ‘overheat’, which could disrupt its ecosystem.
