How My N150,000 "Turned To Paper" & How I Fell Victim To "One Chance

A Nigerian man with the username @aduks_ on instagram, took to his instagram page to narrated how he fell victim to “one chance” operators and lost N150,000 To fraudsters within two weeks.

How I got involved in one chance bus and how 150,000k turned to paper in my pocket within 2weeks. I'm posting this so that y'll will learn one or two things from my horrible experience. It all started on the 3rd of November.

It was around 8pm that I entered a bus that was going to iyanaipaja from oshodi I never knew that have enter one chance bus, the bus have 7passages on board with a man wearing military uniform sitting in front of the bus. Just before we got to cement bus stop two of the guys inside the bus pointed gun at us,they asked for money when they collected it they demand for our ATM card, they told us not to scream or else they will kill us..

The driver drove to the near by ATM point and asked us to withdrew all our money. They later let us go myself and two other woman. I had to trek home that night but thanks to God for my life. As if that is not enough, yesterday 10th Nov I got another shocking experience of my life in Lagos. Because of the incident that happened the last time which made me run out of cash and I have allot of pending job so this took me to the point of selling some of my garget just tomeet up with my client. I put a call through to my friend for some money in which he gave me.

So yesterday I packed my system and some other stuff took it to computer village in Ikeja because that's the only place in Lagos that I know I can sell it. On getting there I went inside a shop after several bagging I sold the gadget. After everything I was having 150,000k with me so I got a bus that's going to abulebegba and it was inside the bus that I notice that the money inside my pocket have reduce this made me brought the money out and to my greatest surprise the money had turn to a paper shaped in size of money and covered with 1k...

 I could not cry non scream i was just laughing. This is my sixth years in Lagos have never experience such horrible experience in my entire life not to talk of going through it twice in 2weeks. I'm presently distabilize both physical and mentally but I believe in God that he will see me through.

SUNDAY ABORISADE and LEKE BAIYEWU President Muhammadu Buhari may be in for another showdown with members of the National Assembly on resumption of plenary in January if the executive fails to release funds appropriated to the federal parliament in the 2018 budget. Some of the federal lawmakers, who spoke with our correspondents on Friday, alleged that the executive arm of government had withheld their money as a form of punishment. The National Assembly increased its budget from N125bn allocated to it in 2017 to N139bn in 2018. Man Arrested For Robbery In Bayelsa 3 Weeks After Winning N4 Million Lottery

Two men have been arrested for robbery in Bayelsa State during the Christmas celebrations in Yenagoa the state capital. One of the suspects was said to have won a jackpot of N4m from a popular football lottery firm about three weeks earlier, before he was arrested over his involvement in armed robbery. According to sources, the suspect was also a popular member of a cult in the area, Punch metro reports. The sources, who said they were surprised by the development, noted that they were expecting the young man to use the money he had won to start a business or trade. State College cops who killed Osaze Osagie, a Nigerian student in the United States, have been cleared of all charges. The police officers had implemented the use of force while serving a mental health warrant that resulted in the death of Osaze Osagie on March 20. According to a the Centre County District Attorney Bernie Cantorna, the officers were in a “life-and-death situation” when they shot Osagie who was approaching them with a 5.16-inch steak knife, Onwardstate reports. Osagie died of multiple gunshot wounds after the confrontation at his apartment on Old Boalsburg Road. The Ethiopian Airlines All Female Crew Who Flew From Addis Ababa To Lagos

Ethiopian Airlines, on Saturday made history as it transported its passengers from the Bole International Airport Addis Ababa to the Murtala International Airport Lagos on a Boeing B777-300 ER plane operated by an all-female crew. The crew was made up of Captain Amsale Gualu (who commanded the flight), First Officer Tigist Kibret, and 11 cabin crew members. The flight is the first international flight to be operated by an all-female crew to Nigeria. The 391 passengers on board the ET 901 flight that lasted approximately four hours, thirty minutes applauded the crew during take-off and after the plane touched down in Lagos. A Nigerian lady reportedly lost a job after being photoshopped on a naked body in a tweet which went viral.  The photos was attached to a tweet describing how Marlians will be turning up for Naira Marley's concert which was held last night.  Commenting on the aftermath of the viral photo, Media personality Kimani disclosed that the lady lost the gig because she was blacklisted by the company that wanted to hire her.  She tweeted;  This is rather unfair, knowing this was Photoshopped. Sent this lady's handle to a client yesterday morning only to receive an email just now saying she's been blacklisted. Just coming here now to see this must have been the reason she lost the gig. Kimani also served an update on the action she took. She revealed that she sent in the real photo as an evidence to overturn the blacklisting.
