Woman Kills Her Husband By Squeezing His Manhood In Edo State

Men of the Edo State Police Command have arrested a middle-aged woman identified as Eki Ekhator for allegedly killing her husband by squeezing his manhood.

The incident was said to have happened at Ukhiri community in Ikpoba-Okha local government area.

Sources said the woman had a quarrel with her late husband after accusing him of infidelity.

She was said to have always had fracas with her husband any time he returned home late.

On that fateful day, the source said the deceased slapped his wife after a fracas and the woman went for his trousers and held onto his manhood in a violent manner.

The man was said to have collapsed and later confirmed dead at the hospital.

It was learnt that men of the Homicide department in the Edo state police command are currently investigating the murder.

Sources at the police headquarters said the suspect has blamed the incident on the devil.

Police spokesman, DSP Chidi Nwabuzor, could not be reached for comments.

An American woman in Zimbabwe has been jailed for 'insulting' President Robert Mugabe by allegedly tweeting an image of him which suggested he has a catheter from an anonymous account which was still active as she languished behind bars on Saturday. Martha O'Donovan, 25, was arrested on Friday morning at her home near Harare, the country'scapital, and was taken into custody on a charge of insulting or undermining the president and trying to overthrow an elected government.Police say that on October 11, O'Donovan tweeted that Mugabe, 93, is a 'very selfish and sick man' and claimed that he was surviving on a catheter. Nigerians Repatriate £3.27b From UK — World Bank

Nigerians living in the United Kingdom sent £3.27 billion back home in 2017, according to a report by the World Bank. A study researched by the bank has found that Nigeria was the top receiver of cash from the United Kingdom in 2017. Nigeria was ranked the largest remittance recipient in sub-Saharan Africa and the sixth largest amongst lower-middle-income countries. “Remittances to Sub-Saharan Africa are estimated to grow by 9.8 percent from $41 billion in 2017 to $45 billion in 2018. Projections indicate that remittances to the region will keep increasing, but at a lower rate, to $47 billion by 2019,” the report read. “The upward trend observed since 2016 is explained by strong economic conditions in the high-income economies where many sub-Saharan African migrants earn their incomes. The organisers of the planned academic conference on witchcraft planned for Nsukka next week are looking for another venue after the University of Nigeria withdrew the approval for the use of its Energy Centre. FIFA bans three former presidents for life as part of crackdown on corruption

The ethics committee of World football governing body, (FIFA) has placed a lifetime ban on former presidents of the Guam, Nicaraguan and Venezuelan football associations for corruption. Ex-Guam FA boss Richard Lai, a former Asian Football Confederation(AFC) official, and FIFA committee member, pleaded guilty to fraud in the United States after an investigation into his case was opened in April. Lai was banned from all football-related activities alongside, a formerVenezuelan FA chief Rafael Esquiveland ex-Nicaraguan FA president Julio Rocha who both also pleaded guilty in the United States to separate federal charges ranging from wire fraud to racketeering and money laundering. Meanwhile, three more ex-South American football bosses, Peru's Manuel Burga, Brazilian Jose Maria Marin and Juan Angel Napout of Paraguay are also on trial in New York. A Nigerian man named David Ukesone who boarded a flight for the first time in his life, has been hospitalized after being tied with sit belt on a flight from Nigeria to Chicago on the 23rd of January, 2018. WgnTV Reports that Ukesone had never been on a plane before, and it was his first time flying, according to his family. His children said there was no issue on his flight from Nigeria to Dubai.
