Former Chief of Defence Staff, Air Chief Marshal Alex Badeh, is dead. He died today, 18th December 2018, from gunshot wounds sustained when his vehicle was attacked while returning from his farm along Abuja-Keffi Road.

The Canadian government has sent a powerful message to the members of the Igbo community in the country. Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, Honourable Ralph Goodale, wrote to the Cultural Association of Saskatchewan (ICAS) as they prepare to celebrate their Nigerian-Canadian heritage on August 3. Writing on behalf of Prime Minister Trudeau and the Government of Canada, Minister Goodale expressed pleasure to extend greetings to everyone who will be attending Igbo Day.

It has been reported that a Nigerian man has had a close brush with death this morning March 19th after something horrible happened to him. The man cheated death after he was stabbed multiple times by armed robbers in Anambra state. The victim was robbed and stabbed while going to work this morning at UNIZIK junction in Temp site, Awka, Anambra state. He was rushed to the hospital where he is currently responding to treatment. The case has been reported to the police.

Man's penis fractured during sex with girlfriend then swelled to the size of a bottle

A man's penis snapped while having sex with his girlfriend and it made his male member swell to the size of a wine bottle. Sean Marsden, 48, was injured while making love to his girlfriend Louise Gray, 36. He says he heard a ‘crack’ after he slipped into the pelvis of his girlfriend. This left him writhing in pain that was ‘off the scale’. Sean knew instantly something was wrong and they dialled 999. He was taken to Royal Shrewsbury Hospital where doctors gave him morphine to dull the pain. Doctors carried out a ‘penile exploration’ and told him he had damaged muscles before discharging him the next day with a temporary catheter, pain killers, a plastic rod along his shaft and his penis wrapped in bandages.
