A Cheshire Police constable has been jailed for 25 years for 37 offences including the rape and sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl. 
Ian Naude, 30, who was named in three sex probes was jailed earlier today by Judge Clement Goldstone QC at Liverpool Crown Court.
The court heard that Mr. Ian sent sickening messages to his victims, including one to a 13-year-old victim, where he said: 'You're old enough baby. Girls are having sex when they're 10 and 11 these days.'

He then took her away in his car, drove her to a secluded spot, and attacked her in the back seat.

The father-of-one, of Market Drayton, Shropshire, will serve at least two thirds of his 25-year jail term before being considered for release. Judge Goldstone also imposed a five year licence period and an indefinite sexual harm prevention order.

State College cops who killed Osaze Osagie, a Nigerian student in the United States, have been cleared of all charges. The police officers had implemented the use of force while serving a mental health warrant that resulted in the death of Osaze Osagie on March 20. According to a the Centre County District Attorney Bernie Cantorna, the officers were in a “life-and-death situation” when they shot Osagie who was approaching them with a 5.16-inch steak knife, Onwardstate reports. Osagie died of multiple gunshot wounds after the confrontation at his apartment on Old Boalsburg Road. A junior doctor was beheaded by her boyfriend after she refused to marry him, police say. The boyfriend then tried to take his own life but failed. 26-year-old Shyngys Bekenov, a teacher, proposed to his girlfriend Nazerke Bekzhanova, 21, who had recently graduated from medical university in Kazakhstan. But Nazerke refused to accept the proposal because her parents did not approve of him, it is believed. Angered by her rejection, Shyngys severed his girlfriend's head as they sat in his car.
