US Musician Usher files for divorce from estranged wife, Grace Miguel

R&B singer, Usher Raymond has officially filed for a divorce from his estranged wife and former manager, Grace Miguel.

This comes after Usher and Miguel confirmed their split in March following multiple lawsuits in which he was accused of infecting people with herpes. But the singer denied the allegations, insisting he had no intentions to cause harm. He also argued that the plaintiffs "assumed the risk" when they consented to have sex with him.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Usher who married Miguel in September 2015, about six years after they began dating, filed for a divorce from her on Friday in Atlanta. 
TMZ reports that the legal documents list Dec. 24, 2017 as Usher and Grace's date of separation.  The documents state that the former couple have reached a confidential settlement agreement awaiting court approval.

According to The Blast, Usher is using the same attorney he retained in his a previous custody battle with ex-wife, Tameka Foster.

State College cops who killed Osaze Osagie, a Nigerian student in the United States, have been cleared of all charges. The police officers had implemented the use of force while serving a mental health warrant that resulted in the death of Osaze Osagie on March 20. According to a the Centre County District Attorney Bernie Cantorna, the officers were in a “life-and-death situation” when they shot Osagie who was approaching them with a 5.16-inch steak knife, Onwardstate reports. Osagie died of multiple gunshot wounds after the confrontation at his apartment on Old Boalsburg Road. Doctor beheaded by boyfriend after she refused to marry him

A junior doctor was beheaded by her boyfriend after she refused to marry him, police say. The boyfriend then tried to take his own life but failed. 26-year-old Shyngys Bekenov, a teacher, proposed to his girlfriend Nazerke Bekzhanova, 21, who had recently graduated from medical university in Kazakhstan. But Nazerke refused to accept the proposal because her parents did not approve of him, it is believed. Angered by her rejection, Shyngys severed his girlfriend's head as they sat in his car. Facebook Headquarters Evacuated Following Bomb Threat

Facebook’s headquarters in Menlo Park, California has been evacuated after a bomb scare. The building housing employees for both Facebook and Instagram was emptied after police received an anonymous phone call alerting them about the threat. Local police were on site quickly and swept the building for explosives. They later issued an update that the building has been given the all clear. There were no bombs or suspicious packages discovered at the social media giant’s headquarters.
