High Tech Robot On A Russian TV Show Was A Man In Suit

Russian media say a contraption presented by Russian state television as a high-tech robot was in fact a man in a commercially available robot costume. The footage was shot at a high-tech show in the city of Yaroslavl, featuring “Boris the Robot”. Forum organisers used Boris to enliven the event, having him dance to a pop song. But a crew for Russian state television apparently thought Boris was real, and used footage of him dancing and speaking as an example of Russian technological prowess. Online TJournal noted the lack of sensors, human-like movements and other discrepancies, and revealed that Boris was in fact a human clad in a costume sold under the name Alyosha by the Russian company Show Robots. Former Nigerian Gangster Stabbed By Rival Gang In London Becomes Pastor

A 22-year-old man of Nigerian descent is now committed to solving knife crime which has been rocking parts of London in recent times.  According to reports, the former gangster turned pastor, Enrique Uwadiae who was stabbed three times by a gang rival and almost died, prayed to God: “If you save me, I will serve you.” Last week, Uwadiae spoke at a Be The Change meeting, sponsored by The Sun on Sunday as part of its Beat The Blades campaign. Enrique, who grew up on the tough Crawford Estate, in South East London, said: “I used to be violent because of the way I’d grown up and what I’d seen on the road. “Poverty brings anger and leads to a gang lifestyle. Cops Who Killed Osaze Osagie, Nigerian Student In US, Cleared Of Charges

State College cops who killed Osaze Osagie, a Nigerian student in the United States, have been cleared of all charges. The police officers had implemented the use of force while serving a mental health warrant that resulted in the death of Osaze Osagie on March 20. According to a the Centre County District Attorney Bernie Cantorna, the officers were in a “life-and-death situation” when they shot Osagie who was approaching them with a 5.16-inch steak knife, Onwardstate reports. Osagie died of multiple gunshot wounds after the confrontation at his apartment on Old Boalsburg Road.
