See Moment China's Spacecraft Successfully Landed On The Far Side Of The Moon

The China National Space Administration has released the video from its Chang’e 4 lander showing the moment it  successfully landed on the moon’s far side on 3 January after a month and about 238,855 miles journey .

The missions two robots, the Chang'e 4 lander and the Yutu 2 rover, are currently exploring the 115-mile-wide Von Kármán Crater,a region no one has ever landed on or been to,since their arrival.

The two Explorers have started sending back images and videos of their adventures through a relay satellite positioned with a line of sight to both Earth and the lander.


The Yutu 2 rover carries potato and Arabidopsis plant seeds enclosed in a mini biosphere,which will be used by biologists to see how plants breath and use photosynthesis while on the Moon.

The far side (or dark side) is located on the side of the Moon that never faces Earth. It is an intriguing region which no rover has ever landed on. The near side is what we see on earth as well as the region where the US NASA’s manned and unmanned spacecrafts landed on between 1959 and 1972.

A video of a lady and a man exchanging Slaps in a place that appears like a bank counter has sparked serious arguments online. Lady Caught Stealing After Drugging Man Who Took Her Home From Club (Photos)

Men have been warned to be careful of the ladies they take home from nightclubs or bars following an incident which has gone viral on social media. According to reports, a lady in a bid to rob a man who took her to his home, allegedly drugged him after a drinking spree. It was gathered that the yet-to-be identified lady was already stealing his household items after the man passed out but was caught by the neighbors who saw her in action. The lady was apprehended by the neighbors but rescued by the police who prevented her from being lynched, according to reports. The drugged man had to be dragged out of his home by the neighbors after the lady had been arrested. Facebook user Sandra John shared the video of the incident but didn't give the exact location where it happened.

Nigerians Repatriate £3.27b From UK — World Bank

Nigerians living in the United Kingdom sent £3.27 billion back home in 2017, according to a report by the World Bank. A study researched by the bank has found that Nigeria was the top receiver of cash from the United Kingdom in 2017. Nigeria was ranked the largest remittance recipient in sub-Saharan Africa and the sixth largest amongst lower-middle-income countries. “Remittances to Sub-Saharan Africa are estimated to grow by 9.8 percent from $41 billion in 2017 to $45 billion in 2018. Projections indicate that remittances to the region will keep increasing, but at a lower rate, to $47 billion by 2019,” the report read. “The upward trend observed since 2016 is explained by strong economic conditions in the high-income economies where many sub-Saharan African migrants earn their incomes.
