Rapper Cassidy arrested for drug possession and outstanding warrants

Philadelphia rapper, Cassidy was on Sunday afternoon arrested for weed possession and outstanding warrants. The 35-year-old 'I'm A Hustler' rapper was busted in Jersey City when police spotted him in a vehicle, and noticed a strong marijuana smell from inside the car, TMZ reported According to a police report, officers discovered there was a joint sitting in clear view on the dashboard.

They also found a baggie of weed and a grinder, typically used to crush weed.Cassidy was booked for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The Law enforcement also revealed that they discovered that Cassidy has an outstanding warrant in another county for the exact same offenses. He would now be making two court appearances for the old and new charges.

‘Gift’ to Obasanjo: Atiku’s son-in-law charged afresh with money laundering

Abdullahi Babalele, son-in-law of Atiku Abubakar was docked today on a new charge of laundering $140,000. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission who brought him before Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke of the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, did not state the recipient of the money, but it fits the N50million gift sent by Atiku to former President Olusegun Obasanjo, days before the election. Babalele faces a two-count charge bordering on money laundering to the tune of $140,000.00. He allegedly persuaded one Bashir Mohammed, a Bureau De Change( BDC) operator, to make a cash payment of the sum of $140,000 without going through any financial institution, an offence contrary to Section 18(c) of the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act, 2011 as amended and punishable under Section 16(2)(b) of the same Act. Zimbabweans Drown While ‘Having Sex In River’ On New Year, Family Blames Mermaid

Two lovers reportedly drowned while ‘having sex in a river’ to celebrate the new year, and their family have blamed it all on a mermaid. The two lovers identified as Charmaine Nyakata (21) and 17-year-old Munashe Nedziva, were allegedly having sex in Mayambura River near Prince Charles Dam in Seke, Zimbabwe, when the incident occurred. While some believed that the man drowned while attempting to save his lover from drowning, the Unclad bodies of the lovers where retrieved by police sub-aqua divers and the clothes of the lovers were found on the edge of the dam placed on stones. Lady Caught Stealing After Drugging Man Who Took Her Home From Club (Photos)

Men have been warned to be careful of the ladies they take home from nightclubs or bars following an incident which has gone viral on social media. According to reports, a lady in a bid to rob a man who took her to his home, allegedly drugged him after a drinking spree. It was gathered that the yet-to-be identified lady was already stealing his household items after the man passed out but was caught by the neighbors who saw her in action. The lady was apprehended by the neighbors but rescued by the police who prevented her from being lynched, according to reports. The drugged man had to be dragged out of his home by the neighbors after the lady had been arrested.
