Tasks
  • Head of IT Management for the entire Group
  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of a large international team
  • Planning and monitoring of the IT budget
  • Further development, monitoring and optimization of the IT application landscape (SAP, databases, special applications)
  • Further development, monitoring and optimization of IT infrastructure (WAN / LAN / WLAN, security concepts)
  • Further development and optimization of IT processes
  • Further development of the IT strategy in cooperation with management and the departments and implementation of the IT roadmap, ensuring continuous development based on business requirements
  • Identify other ways to increase business efficiency by testing new technologies to further optimize business requirements
  • Project management and project work in international committees and related companies
  • Driving forward the further development of an efficient international network of external business partners, suppliers and service providers as well as their management
  • Procurement of hardware and software on an international market, ensuring the availability of IT equipment
  • License management
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Informatics or Computer Science or equivalent
  • Several years of management experience with larger teams
  • Broad, technical understanding of current technologies
  • Several years of experience in project management and process design
  • Very good analytical skills and a systematic way of working
  • Entrepreneurial, visionary and innovative thinking and acting
  • Assertiveness and organizational skills
  • Very good knowledge of English in spoken and written

A Nigerian man named David Ukesone who boarded a flight for the first time in his life, has been hospitalized after being tied with sit belt on a flight from Nigeria to Chicago on the 23rd of January, 2018. WgnTV Reports that Ukesone had never been on a plane before, and it was his first time flying, according to his family. His children said there was no issue on his flight from Nigeria to Dubai. But from Dubai to Chicago, there was a misunderstanding that led to their father being restrained for more than eight-hours ultimately sending him to the hospital. A woman in Umuseti, Delta state slashed her sister's head with a sharp object allegedly because the younger sister refused to drop out ofschool to enable the elder sister's children get an education. According to the story shared online by Oshanor John, the sisters are from a polygamous family and from his story, it can be inferred that finances are tight in the family and only a few people can be sponsored at each time to get an education. The sister was allegedly upset that her sister wouldn't stop school so her child could go, therefore, she tried to get her sister out of the way.
