State College cops who killed Osaze Osagie, a Nigerian student in the United States, have been cleared of all charges. The police officers had implemented the use of force while serving a mental health warrant that resulted in the death of Osaze Osagie on March 20. According to a the Centre County District Attorney Bernie Cantorna, the officers were in a “life-and-death situation” when they shot Osagie who was approaching them with a 5.16-inch steak knife, Onwardstate reports. Osagie died of multiple gunshot wounds after the confrontation at his apartment on Old Boalsburg Road. Kim Jong-un's armoured limousine was flanked by a circle of jogging bodyguards as it made its way to North Korea's embassy in Vietnam today. The North Korean leader is in the capital Hanoi ahead of his second summit with President Donald Trump, who arrived aboard Air Force One a short time later. Trump exited the jet alone before walking down a gangway between an honour guard of Vietnamese soldiers, in contrast to Kim who is flanked by a 12-man security team wherever he goes.

In Anambra State a political thug with charms was caught with thumb printed ballot papers. According to reports, the political thug was apprehended with thumb printed ballots papers boxes at Ward 6 in Okpoko, Ogbaru local government area of Anambra state. Eyewitness says, that after being nabbed and stripped off his shirt, charms were found on the thug. The suspect was later handed over to the security men for further investigation.

Incumbent President Muhammadu Buhari has consolidated his lead over Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party in his native Katsina State with at least half a million votes, results declared so far show. As of Monday morning, presidential election results from 20 out of the 34 local government areas in the state have been collated and Mr Buhari has so far garnered 640,254 votes against Mr Abubakar’s 160,265. Results from 12 local governments released earlier showed that Mr Buhari was in clear lead and an additional results from eight local governments released Monday has Mr Buhari winning in all of them. In Maiaduwa local government, Mr Buhari got 35,198 votes and Mr Abubakar got 8,256. In Bindawa, Mr Buhari scored 35,030 votes against Mr Abubakar’s 9,623, while Mr Buhari got 25,699 votes against Mr Abubakar’s 6,647 votes in Dandume. Man sues popular actor for ruining his life by showing his phone number in movie

A man has sued popular Bangladeshi movie star Shakib Khan, for ruining his life after he used his business phone number on-screen in one of Khan’s recent films.  The plaintiff, Ijajul Mia, who's an auto-rickshaw driver alleged that ever since the film launched, he has since been receiving phone calls from the actor’s female fan base, which caused significant disruption to his life. The movie, Rajneeti, was released on June 25, 2017.  In the movie, Khan who is one of the country’s highest acclaimed actors is seen and heard calling out a phone number, which is a common trope in Bangladeshi films. The Spanish stopper apologised to fans for his actions which left Blues boss Maurizio Sarri furious at Wembley. And the 24-year-old keeper was fined £190,000 by the club, which was donated to the Chelsea Foundation.
