An important Valentine's, sex and health message from a Sierra Leonean woman has gone viral and has got Nigerians talking.

The lady from Sierra Leon advised people to have fun, have much sex for their good health.

She said:

"Sex, good sex, at least 4, 5 times in a week. Just get sex. Sex is good for the heart. Make love for at least 5 or 6 days in a week. 2 or 3 times per day. And see your health condition. Sex is cardio. E dey help the heart, e dey help the immune system. E de build up your self esteem........ "
