After being jobless for months, Frank Edoho lands a new role as the host of another TV gameshow

After 13 years of hosting popular TV show, Who Wants To Be A Million, Nigerian broadcaster Frank Edoho announced via a tweet that he'll no longer anchor the show.'Kindly allow me announce,that after a disagreement in negotiations with @Ultimalimited I have decided to decline hosting WWTBAM any further'he tweeted.

Now, LIB can confirm that Frank has landed a new hosting job. The celebrated broadcaster will be anchor of another TV game show called 'The Price Is right'and this time he'll work with OAP,Mannieof Cool FM as the announcer.

The new show, 'The Price Is Right' is a popular game show with its origin in America and its widely known and reffered to as the oldest and most popular TV Game show in the world currently in over 50 countries.

Woman commits suicide by throwing herself before a train with her 3-year-old daughter in her arms after being abused by husband (video)

A 24-year-old woman, who was allegedly harassed by her husband, ended her life by throwing herself before a local train at Bhayandar railway station, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, with her three-year-old daughter clutched in her arms. The woman identified as Renuka Pintu came to Bhayandar railway station in the intervening night of August 2 and August 3 and stood at the Churchgate-end of platform number four with her daughter, Arohi, in her arms, the police said. Immediately after she saw a train approaching, Renuka got off the platform and lied over the tracks, holding her daughter close to her. Before the motorman could apply brakes, one coach of the train had passed over her and her daughter. The two were rushed to hospital but were declared dead on arrival. FG Makes N909 Billion From VAT in 2017

Between October 2016 and September 2017, the federation account received a total inflow of N908.9bn in Value Added Tax receipts from the Federal Inland Revenue Service, figures obtained from the National Bureau of Statisticshave revealed.An analysis of the VAT report obtained from the NBS showed that the amount was collected from 28 sectoral activities during the period under review. A breakdown of the amount showed that the sum of N207.35bn was generated in the fourth quarter of 2016, while the first, second and third quarters of 2017 had N204.77bn, N246.3bn and N250.56bn, respectively. In the report signed by the Statistician General of the Federation and Chief Executive, NBS, Dr. Yemi Kale, the bureau said the manufacturing sector with N115.76bn generated the highest amount of VAT revenue. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking assistance in finding six Nigerians who the United States indicted for fraud. The bureau took to its Twitter handle to solicit help in finding the six men who are wanted for “their involvement in ​business​ email ​compromise (BEC) schemes resulting in over $6 ​million in losses”. “Help the #FBI find ​six Nigerian nationals wanted for their involvement in ​business​ email ​compromise (BEC) schemes resulting in over $6 ​million in losses,” it wrote.
