Two Nigerian Nationals Arrested With Fake Indian Currency in India

Officials of the Khanna police in India on Saturday arrested two Nigerian nationals, Nelson Igwe and Nnamdi Andrew. Recovered fake currency from their possession.

Acting on a tip-off, Crime Branch officials intercepted the accused identified as 'Colvin Norman' and 'Gamtoi Cauva' near Doraha bus stand on Saturday afternoon.

On frisking them, the police recovered fake currency of Rs 3.52 lakh of the denomination of Rs 100. They were detained after they failed to give satisfactory answers

American multinational company, Stericycle Inc., recently hoisted the Nigerian flag in honour of a hardworking new employee, Mrs Omolanke Shelle. Thirty eight years old Shelle, an indigene of Ekiti, western Nigeria, works at the company’s facility in Aurora, Illinois, where the Green-White-Green was raised in April. This came barely a month after Stericycle gave the mother of three full-time job on March 17, following the expiration of a temporary employment that lasted for about five months. Kehinde Olatubosun, 56, from Ibadan, Oyo State, was arrested on Saturday night along with 18 other drug addicts at a joint in Ipodo, Ikeja. PremiumTimes reports that a team of Rapid Response Squad Decoy had on Monday night traced a stolen phone to the joint, leading to the arrest of a three-man gang mobile phone thieves, three hard drug peddlers and 13 drug addicts, the police said in a statement on Sunday. Rapper Cassidy arrested for drug possession and outstanding warrants

Philadelphia rapper, Cassidy was on Sunday afternoon arrested for weed possession and outstanding warrants. The 35-year-old 'I'm A Hustler' rapper was busted in Jersey City when police spotted him in a vehicle, and noticed a strong marijuana smell from inside the car, TMZ reported According to a police report, officers discovered there was a joint sitting in clear view on the dashboard. They also found a baggie of weed and a grinder, typically used to crush weed.Cassidy was booked for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The Law enforcement also revealed that they discovered that Cassidy has an outstanding warrant in another county for the exact same offenses.
