Emir Of Kano’s Son Marries His Heartthrob, Zainab Ali (Photos)

Prince Aminu Sanusi Lamido, son of the Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II has finally married his heartthrob, Zainab Ali Bashir.

The wedding Fatiha took place in Al-Furqan Mosque, Alu Avenue, Nassarawa GRA Kano on Saturday 29th December, 2018.

The Crossing Swords took place at the Emir of Kano Palace midday.

Prince Sanusi is an Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP).

The bride is the daughter of Dr Sani Ali Bashir.

‘Gift’ to Obasanjo: Atiku’s son-in-law charged afresh with money laundering

Abdullahi Babalele, son-in-law of Atiku Abubakar was docked today on a new charge of laundering $140,000. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission who brought him before Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke of the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, did not state the recipient of the money, but it fits the N50million gift sent by Atiku to former President Olusegun Obasanjo, days before the election. Babalele faces a two-count charge bordering on money laundering to the tune of $140,000.00. He allegedly persuaded one Bashir Mohammed, a Bureau De Change( BDC) operator, to make a cash payment of the sum of $140,000 without going through any financial institution, an offence contrary to Section 18(c) of the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act, 2011 as amended and punishable under Section 16(2)(b) of the same Act. South Africa’s High Commissioner to Nigeria, Bobby Monroe, has denied reports of Xenophobic attacks in his country. Monroe denied that the attacks in South Africa are xenophobic and targetted at Nigerians. Reginald Mengi, one of Tanzania’s wealthiest and most storied businessmen, has died at the age of 75, leaving behind $560 million for his 39-year-old wife, Jacqueline, former Miss Tanzania. Tanzanian media and executives at his family office confirmed on Thursday morning that Mengi passed on in the early hours in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Tanzania’s President John Magufuli sent a condolence message via his Twitter page early on Thursday. “ I am shocked at the death of an elder and a friend Dr. Reginald Mengi.
