Twitter user, Stevie Que has taken to the platform to express his anger over 'Bride pride' claims Nigerians use every opportunity to scam.

He wrote; Can somebody explain to me why the Africans have no class??

Why do they throw ones at people on their WEDDING they as if they are worthless strippers with no dignity ?

Please explain "He continued;" African parents sell their daughters as if they are prostitutes and call I️t a “bridal fee” or someother dumb poo just to get married...

smh why am I paying the parents to marry their daughter? this is sick""Africans are known for scamming & finessing but this is just sick...

Supporters of Julie Briskman, who was fired from her job after she was photographed raising the middle finger to Donald Trump's motorcade, have raised more than $61,000 in a crowdfunding effort. A nursing mother in Lagos is seeking help on how to handle her husband who has over the years subjected her to serious domestic violence. According to Twitter user, Monye Morris who shared the story online, the distressed mum visited the Office of the Public Defender in Lagos to seek help. Photos shared online shows the woman with injuries inflicted on her by her husband in yet another attack from him. The Kano State Police Command confirmed onSaturday that three girls died of suffocation inside a parked car in Sabon Gari area of Kano metropolis. The car has been parked there for more than one year; the girls were playing around it and later locked themselves inside. Apparently, they could not open the door and there was no one around to assist them. Three of them died of suffocation while one survived,” Magaji Majiya, spokesman of the command, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).He said that the incident happened “around 3 p.m. on Friday”. According to him, the girls were aged between two and four years.“The victim that survived has been taken to thehospital while investigation has commenced into the matter,” Mr. Majiya said.
