Father Mbaka Reacts As Buhari Donates N2 Million To His Church

Spiritual leader of the Adoration Ministries, Enugu, Father Ejike Mbaka has reacted after President Muhammadu Buhari donated N2 million to his church.

The Controversial Catholic Priest thanked the president for the donation, which was made through Imo APC Guber Candidate, Hope Uzodinma. He shockingly proceeded to flay the president for abandoning him and his ministry after the prayers and support they offered him in the 2015 Elections.

He disclosed that he insulted Ex-Anambra state governor and current Vice Presidential candidate of the PDP, Peter Obi because of his support for President Buhari. He lamented that the President did not carry out any project for his church after the 2015 Elections as a means of gratitude for their support.

Libya Coast Guard rescues 16 Europe-bound Nigerians, 24 other migrants from the Mediterranean sea

Sabratha vessel of Tripoli Coast Guard managed to rescue 40 illegal immigrants including Nigerians,  from the Mediterranean while on their way to Europe. The rescue operation took place on Saturday north of the city of Zuwara, the Libyan Navy Information Office said. The office added that the migrants were found on board a rubber boat, pointing out that among them were 31 men, 8 women, and a child. The office explained that the migrants were of different nationalities, including 5 women, 11 men from Nigeria, 15 men, 3 women and one child from Morocco, in addition to 4 men from Egypt and a Syrian. The migrants were provided with humanitarian and medical assistance before being transferred to Tajoura Immigration Centre

Doctor beheaded by boyfriend after she refused to marry him

A junior doctor was beheaded by her boyfriend after she refused to marry him, police say. The boyfriend then tried to take his own life but failed. 26-year-old Shyngys Bekenov, a teacher, proposed to his girlfriend Nazerke Bekzhanova, 21, who had recently graduated from medical university in Kazakhstan. But Nazerke refused to accept the proposal because her parents did not approve of him, it is believed. Angered by her rejection, Shyngys severed his girlfriend's head as they sat in his car. He then tried but failed to end his own life by stabbing himself in the abdomen after writing a suicide note asking that they should be buried together, according to police. His note claimed he had beheaded the woman after she told him she would marry him, it was reported.
