2 Girls Suffocate In A Parked Car In Kano (Graphic Photo)

The Kano State Police Command confirmed onSaturday that three girls died of suffocation inside a parked car in Sabon Gari area of Kano metropolis. The car has been parked there for more than one year; the girls were playing around it and later locked themselves inside.

Apparently, they could not open the door and there was no one around to assist them. Three of them died of suffocation while one survived,” Magaji Majiya, spokesman of the command, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).He said that the incident happened “around 3 p.m. on Friday”.

According to him, the girls were aged between two and four years.“The victim that survived has been taken to thehospital while investigation has commenced into the matter,” Mr. Majiya said.

A Nigerian man named David Ukesone who boarded a flight for the first time in his life, has been hospitalized after being tied with sit belt on a flight from Nigeria to Chicago on the 23rd of January, 2018. WgnTV Reports that Ukesone had never been on a plane before, and it was his first time flying, according to his family. His children said there was no issue on his flight from Nigeria to Dubai. But from Dubai to Chicago, there was a misunderstanding that led to their father being restrained for more than eight-hours ultimately sending him to the hospital. A former student of Makerere University Business School, Arthur Basalirwa, posted a screenshot from a WhatsApp chat, dedicated to a one ‘D” and it read; “Hi D. You will always ask yourself if you had sent me a more meaningful text. These are your last words to me. Goodbye D.” From the screenshots of the WhatsApp chat he shared, Basalirwa seemed to have undergone a rough breakup with his girlfriend. Cops Who Killed Osaze Osagie, Nigerian Student In US, Cleared Of Charges

State College cops who killed Osaze Osagie, a Nigerian student in the United States, have been cleared of all charges. The police officers had implemented the use of force while serving a mental health warrant that resulted in the death of Osaze Osagie on March 20. According to a the Centre County District Attorney Bernie Cantorna, the officers were in a “life-and-death situation” when they shot Osagie who was approaching them with a 5.16-inch steak knife, Onwardstate reports. Osagie died of multiple gunshot wounds after the confrontation at his apartment on Old Boalsburg Road.
