Woman, 56, is arrested for 'tying up her husband, 61, and cutting off his penis' (Photo)

A woman has been arrested for tying up her husband and chopping off his penis.
The victim, 61-year-old James Frabutt told authorities that his wife Victoria Thomas Frabutt, 56, restrained him, pulled out a knife and severed his manhood during the alleged incident on Tuesday, September 8. 
Chief Detective Jason Wank said officers from the Carteret County Sheriff’s Office responded to a house on Murdoch Road in Newport just before 4am. They transported the victim from the home to the Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.
Major Wank said the body part was successfully located and penis was immediately put on ice and transported to medical personnel.
The motive behind the castration is yet unknown as well as James Frabutt’s condition.
His wife, Victoria was taken into custody on Tuesday and booked around 10.45am for malicious castration and kidnapping.
She is currently held in Carteret County Jail under a $100,000 bond and her first court appearance is scheduled for Wednesday, September 9.

Lady Caught Stealing After Drugging Man Who Took Her Home From Club (Photos)

Men have been warned to be careful of the ladies they take home from nightclubs or bars following an incident which has gone viral on social media. According to reports, a lady in a bid to rob a man who took her to his home, allegedly drugged him after a drinking spree. It was gathered that the yet-to-be identified lady was already stealing his household items after the man passed out but was caught by the neighbors who saw her in action. The lady was apprehended by the neighbors but rescued by the police who prevented her from being lynched, according to reports. The drugged man had to be dragged out of his home by the neighbors after the lady had been arrested. Facebook user Sandra John shared the video of the incident but didn't give the exact location where it happened.

An American woman in Zimbabwe has been jailed for 'insulting' President Robert Mugabe by allegedly tweeting an image of him which suggested he has a catheter from an anonymous account which was still active as she languished behind bars on Saturday. Martha O'Donovan, 25, was arrested on Friday morning at her home near Harare, the country'scapital, and was taken into custody on a charge of insulting or undermining the president and trying to overthrow an elected government.Police say that on October 11, O'Donovan tweeted that Mugabe, 93, is a 'very selfish and sick man' and claimed that he was surviving on a catheter.
