The 2019 Geneva International Motor Show started on the 7th of March and will be concluded on the 17th day of March. It is an avenue where the various auto companies present what they have on their drawing boards.

Our very own billionaire graced the show in Switzerland. He has the opportunity of feasting his eyes with the new Fiat CentoVenti concept; the box-fresh Ferrari F8 Tributo; the world’s most expensive new car (Bugatti La Voiture Noire);Honda’s first electric car; stunning 1800bhp Pininfarina Battista hypercar and lots more.

He is pictured around the KLASSEN Maybach with two men we don’t know their identity.

Federal Government releases N42.68b for ASUU, Nigeria Airways ex-workers

The Federal Government has released N22.68 billion for the settlement of retirement benefits of former workers of the defunct Nigeria Airways Limited (NAL). The other N20 billion is for the revitalization of public universities in line with demands of the Academic Staff of Universities (ASUU). Newly appointed Finance Minister Hajia Zainab Ahmed, who broke the news yesterday to reporters in Abuja noted that the initial submission regarding the retirement benefits of ex-NAL workers in liquidation was N78 billion. She said:- “The amount was verified by the Presidential Initiative on Continuous Audit (PICA) and other relevant stakeholders in line with the conditions of service of Nigeria Airways and other extant rules and regulations. “At the end of the verification, the sum of N45 billion was agreed as the total retirement benefits of the affected staff.” The former workers have not been paid their retirement benefits for the past 15 years despite the liquidation whic...

A Nigerian man named David Ukesone who boarded a flight for the first time in his life, has been hospitalized after being tied with sit belt on a flight from Nigeria to Chicago on the 23rd of January, 2018. WgnTV Reports that Ukesone had never been on a plane before, and it was his first time flying, according to his family. His children said there was no issue on his flight from Nigeria to Dubai. But from Dubai to Chicago, there was a misunderstanding that led to their father being restrained for more than eight-hours ultimately sending him to the hospital. His family said he unknowingly sat in the wrong seat. His family said when the crew moved him, and wouldn't let him get his carry-on. They restrained him, leaving him zip tied foreight-hours.
