Italian lady with a Nigerian mother complains about being a victim of racism

A beautiful woman whose dad was Sicilian and her mum Nigerian, has lamented the fact that racism still exists and she's been a victim.

The biracial woman's story was shared via a Twitter handle @mixdgrlproblems. The handle highlights the struggles of biracial people, especially those who feel they neither belong here nor there because they are neither fully accepted by the whites nor the blacks.

Sharing photos of the Nigerian-Italian lady as a kid with both her mum and dad, they wrote:

“My mum is Nigerian, dad was Sicilian, unfortunately racism still exists, I have lived in Italy since childhood & I am 100% Italian. I’m used to being called “negra” and hearing I’m not Italian. But Nigeria? I’ve never even been there.”

21-year-old Indian television actress commits suicide after a failed relationship

Popular Telugu TV actress, Naga Jhansi committed suicide at her residence in Hyderabad by hanging herself on Wednesday. The 21-year old actress is said to have taken such an extreme step after a failed relationship with her boyfriend Surya aka Nani. Jhansi and Nani are said to have been in a relationship for a while now but Nani's parents were against their relationship. They were unhappy with him planning to get married to Jhansi and this did not go down well with her. Police officials reached her residence after they were informed by neighbours of the actress' death. Officials shifted her body to Gandhi Hospital and have started investigating the case. Indian Man To Die By Hanging For Destroying 4-yr-old Girl's Intestine Via Rape

A teacher has been sentenced to death by hanging for raping a four-year-old student so badly that she had to have her intestines realigned. Mahendra Singh Gond is due to be hanged next month after he raped the child on June 30 last year in India's Madhya Pradesh district. He raped the girl so badly that he rearranged her insides, then he dumped her body in a jungle area, assuming she was dead. A desperate search was launched, before the girl's family found her with agonising injuries and rushed her to hospital. Her injuries were so severe that she had to be airlifted to a Delhi hospital where she had an operation to realign her intestines, reports Times Now News. Gond was arrested within hours of the horrific attack and he was convicted after the girl made a statement during her recovery. Gond was sentenced to capital punishment on September 19 last year. Victims of domestic violence to enjoy paid leave in New Zealand

Victims of domestic violence in New Zealand will now be allowed to take up to 10 days paid leave from work to try to escape the abuse. This is part of a scheme to address the nation’s "shocking" levels of family violence.  Introducing the scheme, which is the first in the developed world, Greens MP Jan Logie, a member of the ruling Labour-led coalition, said the leave would help victims to move homes or settle children into new schools. She said it would also help to protect victims from abusers, who often stalked them at work or tried to sabotage their careers. Famous Mexican drug lord,  Joaquin  "El Chapo"  Guzman  has been found guilty on all counts against him and is expected to spend the rest of his life in a US jail  El Chapo who escaped from prison twice, made his first successful attempt in 2001 and broke out of a Mexican jail by hiding in a laundry bin. Chris Brown under investigation for alleged rape in France

R&B singer,  Chris Brown  has landed himself in another trouble after being accused of rape in Paris. According to French publication 'Closer', the 29-year-old R&B star is currently under investigation by French police after a 24-year-old woman claimed he sexually assaulted her in his hotel room this month. She said Chris Brown raped her on the night of Jan. 15-16th after meeting at a club located near  Les Champs-Elysees  in  France .
