Nicki Minaj sued by former stylist, Maher Jridi for $73,000

American rapper, Nicki Minaj has been dragged to court by a stylist who claimed she wore his clothes and didn’t return them.
According to Page Six, stylist Maher Jridiis suing the incredibly rich rapper for failing to return expensive wardrobe items she had borrowed last year. The stylist further added that he rented the pieces for thousands of dollars from a company called Cloak Wardrobe.
Nicki allegedly wore the clothes and didn’t bother to give them back once she was done.
This same stylist happened to be the mind behind her Paris Fashion Week looks last year, and claims he is on the hook for $13,000 to replace the gear. He claimed to have made several attempts to resolve the issue out of court, but claims Nicki has ignored him.
Jridi also alleges that the rapper has not fully paid him for his services. And it is why he is now seeking a total of $73,000.

Victims of domestic violence to enjoy paid leave in New Zealand

Victims of domestic violence in New Zealand will now be allowed to take up to 10 days paid leave from work to try to escape the abuse. This is part of a scheme to address the nation’s "shocking" levels of family violence.  Introducing the scheme, which is the first in the developed world, Greens MP Jan Logie, a member of the ruling Labour-led coalition, said the leave would help victims to move homes or settle children into new schools. She said it would also help to protect victims from abusers, who often stalked them at work or tried to sabotage their careers. "This is a win for victims, a win for employers, and a win for society," she said.  "This law is a world first and it will make a significant difference for people trying to escape domestic violence." Owners of the mansions seized by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have been unveiled. They are former governors, ex-ministers, top military officers and businessmen. Leading the pack is a former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke, who has forfeited some prized assets. Lost to the Federal Government by the ex-Minister are a multi-storey building in Banana Island Foreshore Estate in Ikoyi, Lagos; a real estate comprising six flats in Ikoyi and an estate of 21 mixed housing in Yaba, Lagos. Many properties allegedly linked with Diezani have also been placed under interim forfeiture by the anti-graft commission. A Nigerian lady reportedly lost a job after being photoshopped on a naked body in a tweet which went viral.  The photos was attached to a tweet describing how Marlians will be turning up for Naira Marley's concert which was held last night.  Commenting on the aftermath of the viral photo, Media personality Kimani disclosed that the lady lost the gig because she was blacklisted by the company that wanted to hire her.  She tweeted;  This is rather unfair, knowing this was Photoshopped. Sent this lady's handle to a client yesterday morning only to receive an email just now saying she's been blacklisted. Just coming here now to see this must have been the reason she lost the gig. Kimani also served an update on the action she took. She revealed that she sent in the real photo as an evidence to overturn the blacklisting.

Superstar footballer,  Cristiano Ronaldo , and his fiancee  Georgina Rodriguez  arrived this morning at a Spanish court in style, where he accepted a fine and suspended jail sentence for his tax fraud case.
