Rotimi Amaechi, minister of transportation, has fired yet another shot at former President Goodluck Jonathan. This comes less than a week after the minister said the time to stop blaming Jonathan had come. Russian media say a contraption presented by Russian state television as a high-tech robot was in fact a man in a commercially available robot costume.
