A Clinical Microbiologist, Dr Tony Mbume, has advised women to stop wearing tight jeans, synthetic panties and leggings, to prevent vaginal infections. The post was immediately deleted but not before a number of eyes had seen it and taken screenshots. The original tweet which was postedby @ProudResister said: “The solution is simple.
