Herdsmen Kill 2 Policemen In Benue


Herdsmen have killed two of the policemen drafted to keep surveillance on the troubled Logo Local Government Area of Benue State. The incident occurred on Monday when the herders attacked the camp of Mobile policemen, Mopol 13, stationed at Awashuwa village and injured another.

Though they were said to have been repelled earlier in the day when they swooped on the camp but the herdsmen were said to have regrouped and attacked the camp in the evening
